- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Add water to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, peel and dice the mango. Also, chop the bell pepper and slice the green onions.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the diced mango and bell pepper to the pan, stirring gently for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
