  • Green onions - 2 stalks

  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Add water to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, peel and dice the mango. Also, chop the bell pepper and slice the green onions.
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Add the diced mango and bell pepper to the pan, stirring gently for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
