- Chili oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat.

- Pour the sauce mixture over the crab, ensuring it's well coated, and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add chopped spring onions and salt to taste, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
