- Firm tofu - 200 grams, crumbled

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 medium, grated
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sriracha sauce - to taste
Steps
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until it starts to brown.
- Add the grated carrot, chopped green onions, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, mixing well.
- Stir in the cooked rice noodles, sesame oil, and chopped cilantro. Mix until everything is well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- While the filling is cooking, toast the burger buns lightly in another pan or under a broiler.
- Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by the tofu-noodle filling. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce if desired, then top with the other half of the bun.
