- Five spice powder - 1 teaspoon

- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Red food coloring (optional) - a few drops
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated pork strips on the rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and has a caramelized glaze.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
