Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized or julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons (low sodium)
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the spiralized zucchini and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crisped on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
