- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized or julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons (low sodium)
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the spiralized zucchini and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crisped on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
