Steps

  1. Rinse the dried lotus seeds under cold water and soak them in water for at least 2 hours or overnight to soften.
  2. In a pot, add 1 liter of water, soaked lotus seeds, sliced ginger, and pitted red dates.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 40 minutes, or until the lotus seeds are tender.
  5. Add the rock sugar and goji berries to the pot, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
