Steps

  1. Prepare the lotus root by peeling and slicing it into thin rounds.
  2. In a pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced lotus root and carrot to the pot, stirring gently to coat them in the garlic and ginger.
