- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- In a large pan, heat the chili oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced lotus root and diced red bell pepper to the pan, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- Stir in the shredded king oyster mushrooms and snow peas, cooking for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the crumbled tofu, soy sauce, and vegetable broth to the pan. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce. Stir continuously until the sauce is thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
