Ingredients

  • Green onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fold the leaves around the filling.
