  • Chicken breast - 250 grams, sliced thinly
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 5 ml

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, instant yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. While the dough is rising, marinate the sliced chicken in lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a round shape about 0.5 cm thick. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the marinated chicken slices evenly over the dough, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and vegetables.
