  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
