- Lao Gan Ma chili crisp - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, Lao Gan Ma chili crisp, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
