  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams, boneless and skinless
  • Lao Gan Ma chili crisp - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, Lao Gan Ma chili crisp, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred.
