Ingredients

  • Rice noodles - 200 grams

  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Chili oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes or until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. Add the soaked rice noodles into the broth and gently stir to combine, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
