- Chinese five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon

- mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
