  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions, chopped - 2
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 ml
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
