- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
