- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Hoison sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Peanuts, chopped - 30 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 75 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
