  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Green bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Zucchini, diced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Hoison sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Peanuts, chopped - 30 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 75 grams
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the red and green bell peppers, zucchini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Spread the shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped peanuts on top of the pizza.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
