  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon, crushed
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, cut into slices
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Peanuts - 30 grams, roughly chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (wooden or metal)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed Szechuan peppercorns to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
