  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha - 1 teaspoon (optional for spice)
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
