Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 250 grams, diced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Dried red chili peppers - 3, whole
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Peanuts - 30 grams, roasted and unsalted
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken breast with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and dried red chili peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
