- Ginger (grated) - 1 tablespoon
- Szechuan peppercorns (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 small
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, red chili flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
