Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Szechuan peppercorns (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
  • Pepperoni slices - 100 grams
  • Sugar-free tomato sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish) - a few sprigs

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
