  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter or coconut oil - 1 tablespoon (for frying)
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large
  • Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
  • Sriracha sauce - for serving (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, beaten egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
