Ingredients

  • Silken tofu - 300 grams
  • Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener - 3 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped almonds - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened) - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Drain the silken tofu and gently press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener), coconut milk, vanilla extract, and water. Heat over medium-low until the sweetener is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the syrup is ready, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and place them in a serving dish.
  5. Pour the sweetened coconut syrup over the tofu cubes, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped almonds, and coconut flakes on top for added texture and flavor.
  7. Let the dish sit for about 5 minutes to allow the tofu to absorb some of the syrup before serving.
