Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 60 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Cooked chicken breast, diced - 150 grams
  • Bell pepper, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Red onion, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar-free ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the sweet and sour sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar-free ketchup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
