  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams

  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water and drain them well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Stir in red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
