- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Butter - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, grated mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until the mixture is fully melted and combined.
- Knead the dough with your hands until it forms a smooth ball, then spread it out on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Once the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and spread the garlic shrimp mixture evenly over the crust.
