  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a lighter option) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Frozen peas (optional) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
