Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 10 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Swerve sweetener - 30 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 30 grams
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips - 30 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Swerve sweetener and mix well until combined.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. If using, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips into the dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  6. Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat evenly.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Place the sesame-coated balls on the prepared baking sheet.
