  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Chinese five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Green onions (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish) - a handful
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook the pork belly over medium heat until crispy, about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Remove and let it cool before slicing into smaller pieces.
