  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Butter (melted) - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened pineapple extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Coconut oil (for greasing) - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking tray with coconut oil.
