  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, sliced (white and green parts separated)
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced lamb, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated.
