- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams (for serving)
- Erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, black pepper, and salt.
