Ingredients

  • Beef flank steak - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free version) - 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams (for serving)
  • Erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. In a baking dish, spread the marinated beef evenly and top with sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
