Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 60g
  • Coconut flour - 20g
  • Matcha powder - 10g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Erythritol - 30g
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 60ml
  • Melted coconut oil - 30ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, matcha powder, baking powder, erythritol, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
