- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Swerve (or erythritol) - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Peanuts - 30 grams, unsalted
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
