- Egg - 1 large
- Ground pork - 300g
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red cabbage - 100g, shredded
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together water and egg, then add to the dry mixture and knead until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small patty.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions until well combined.
- Form the pork mixture into small patties and cook in the same skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- To assemble, place a pork patty between two almond flour patties, top with shredded cabbage, cucumber slices, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
