  • Erythritol sweetener - 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 100ml
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cornstarch (for dusting) - as needed

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, matcha green tea powder, erythritol, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
