- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine the grated ginger and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the ginger-infused water into a clean bowl, discarding the solids. Return the liquid to the saucepan.
- Add erythritol to the ginger water and stir until fully dissolved. Simmer for another 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool for a few minutes before stirring in the vanilla extract.
