  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water for 2-3 minutes to remove the odor, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the drained Shirataki noodles to the skillet, stirring well to coat them with the garlic and butter.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
