- Almond flour - 30 grams

- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Peanut butter (natural, unsweetened) - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large
- Cucumber, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if necessary. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing chili oil and peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
- To assemble the burger, place a pork patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with sliced cucumbers, a generous drizzle of the chili-peanut sauce, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
