- Cream cheese - 50g, softened
- Ground pork - 150g
- Soy sauce - 15ml
- Sesame oil - 10ml
- Ginger - 5g, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chili oil - 10ml
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cilantro - 10g, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg to form a dough for the pizza base.
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into a circular pizza shape.
- Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and firm.
- While the base is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground pork, cooking until browned.
