  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon (optional for sauce)
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
