- Boiling water - 150 milliliters
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Scallions - 3 stalks, finely chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add boiling water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spatula until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
