Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 120 grams
  • Psyllium husk powder - 15 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Boiling water - 150 milliliters
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Scallions - 3 stalks, finely chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add boiling water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spatula until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Brush a thin layer of olive oil over each circle and sprinkle half of the chopped scallions evenly on top.
  6. Roll each circle tightly into a log, then coil the log into a spiral shape and flatten gently.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
