- Shiitake mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Vegetable broth - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Using a food processor, pulse the florets until they resemble rice grains.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and browned.
