- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams, for serving
- Soy sauce - for drizzling (optional)
- Sesame seeds - for garnish (optional)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, egg, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, almond flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil to prevent sticking.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, steam the cauliflower rice until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs over the cauliflower rice, drizzled with extra soy sauce if desired, and garnish with sesame seeds.
