- Egg - 1 large
- Unsweetened almond milk - 60ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
