  • Coconut flour - 20g
  • Erythritol - 30g (or to taste)
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 60ml
  • Butter - 30g, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
