- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Psyllium husk - 10 grams
- Boiling water - 100 milliliters
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground pork - 100 grams
- Chinese chives (or garlic chives) - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten (for sealing)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, and boiling water. Stir until a dough forms and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine ground pork, chopped chives, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well to create the filling.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions (about 10 pieces). Roll each piece into a circle about 8 cm in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a beaten egg.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
