- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams, drained and rinsed
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Celery - 1 stalk, sliced
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pot, cooking until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
