Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 250 grams, diced
  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams, drained and rinsed
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Celery - 1 stalk, sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot, cooking until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced carrot and celery, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and add the drained Shirataki noodles. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
