Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 30 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Sriracha sauce - optional, for serving
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, beaten egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties.
