Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 30 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Sriracha sauce - optional, for serving

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, beaten egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. In the same skillet, add the spiralized zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
